Location Overview

Conveniently located within a day's drive to half of the US population, Watkins Centre is strategically located at the interchange of Rt. 288 and Midlothian Turnpike (Rt. 60) in Chesterfield County. Rt. 288 is the final link of a circumferential limited access highway system for the Richmond MSA. Richmond is a major transportation hub due to its interstate access to I-95, I-85, and I-64.

Encompassing approximately 640 acres of total land area between four quadrants of the 288 interchange, this center is positioned to become Richmond's premier business and lifestyle address. The mixed use development as articulated in Chesterfield County's Comprehensive Plan will be primarily dedicated to commercial uses, including office, retail and light industrial. The interchange is the employment center for Chesterfield County, with upwards of 25,000 employees at build-out.
